The past few days were wet and windy, so when the sun came out, I took advantage of it and am working outside, cute corgi at my feet and a clear, cerulean sky above.
I’ve talked about the garden, and after several weeks of taking photos of them in between rainshowers, I put together this mosaic to show you how wonderfully it’s coming along. With spring in full swing, and summer just a month or so away, it’s perfect weather to grow things. Clockwise from top left: zucchini that looks like a dragonly, a pink rosebud in bloom, green beans, a dark pink camelia, strawberries, corn, peas, a lavender flower whose name I don’t know, and at the center — a chair I retrieved from the garage which I’ve proclaimed my outdoor writing chair. On it is one of my favorite scarves from my friend, Sooz, and a cup and saucer set I bought from an Opportunity Shop for S$4.
