I finally got around to doing it! I constructed my very own studio to shoot my small products using an old storage box, a sharp cutter, ruler, cooking paper (or parchment paper), tape, and an old pillowcase (for the background). I found instructions online here. But I didn’t get any lamps but chose to shoot it outdoors under natural light. Here are a few samples I shot today (using my crafts as subjects, of course). I think what I have to do is press the pillowcase (see slight folds creases. What do you think? Total cost of the box: less than NZ$10 (I basically found things around the house). And very worth the time to make. Now I look forward to shooting!
